This chart reflects the efforts on IXL during the week ending 8.8.15
Great to see some students really putting in some extra effort to practise their skills. Today we were visited by Chiharu, an exchange student from Japan, who is studying at Moruya HS.
Chiharu is staying with Kayden's family and she enjoyed answering some student questions about Japanese life and school. This week we have been designing and constructing towers using paper rolls and split pins as joiners.
The design brief was to construct a rigid tower 1 metre tall using only the materials provided which would support a 2kg weight at its highest point. |
